Advantages and special features
Long term stability and highly robust design ensure a trouble-free and reliable operation. The ceramic-capacitive measuring principle with a special support of the measuring diaphragm makes the sensors immune to overload operation and high pressure peaks.

Connectivity
The analogue output from the sensor, which can be set to either 4....20 mA or 0....10 V DC, can be very easily tailored to match the actual measuring range. Parameters ASP (analogue start point) and AEP (analogue end point) enable user-specific setting of the sensor’s zero point and span.

World-wide use for reduced storage
One menu option allows the output logic of the switching function to be changed from positive (pnp) to negative (npn) switching. Another selects the pressure units (bar, KPa/MPa, psi) allowing the OEM to employ the same sensor regardless of the country where the machine is to be installed.

Transparency on site
The 4-digit LED display, which is clearly visible over large distances, is indispensable for setup, maintenance and operation. ifm customers worldwide greatly appreciate this quick and easy machine diagnosis.
