ID tags for RF identification system DTS125
The robust ID tags which do not require any batteries are particularly suited for use in high temperature ranges as for example in paint shops or ovens. The tags are specified up to a maximum temperature of 130 °C and have the protection rating IP 67.
Coding of the workpiece carriers is possible at a read / write distance of up to 20 mm. The ID tag, of type M18 x 1 can be directly screwed into metal workpiece carriers such as gears or engine blocks. Complicated mechanical fixtures are not required.

Functions
ID tags are the information carriers of the RF identification system. They consist of a robust, easy-to-mount plastic housing with integrated transponder. The transponder consists of an antenna coil and a microchip with a memory that can be overwritten up to 100,000 times. The ID tags are fixed to the objects to be coded and establish a logical connection between the code and the related object, for example a workpiece carrier.
