High ingress resistance
The sensors of the efector m series are distinguished by their high ingress esistance in extreme applications as equired for example in the food and pharmaceutical industries. This is evidenced by the protection ratings IP 68 and IP 69 K. Ingress resistance is also given in contact with aggressive cleaning agents (COP compatible).
Wide temperature range
The permissible application range of the sensors covers 0 °C to 100 °C. Furthermore, the units are extremely esistant to temperature shocks, which is confirmed by tests (see over).
Innovative fixing system
This new clamping technology enables simple and safe mounting of the sensors. Once the clamp is mounted the sensor can be fixed quickly and without any tools.
Increased sensing range
The increased sensing range is ensured over the whole temperature range.In addition,the units have a setting display for easy adjustment.
Materials
The smooth bodies made of high-grade stainless steel / 316L, the PEEK sensing face and the gold-plated contacts of the connectors meet the special equirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
